This is a great opportunity to spend one-on-one time with a koala and its keeper, providing you with the opportunity to take photographs, undisturbed by other visitors. Koalas are one of the most recognisable Australian animals, they are known and loved worldwide. Cleland is famous for its koala experiences – every day we provide opportunities to have unique and informative encounters with our inquisitive koalas and their passionate keepers.

Time: 2.00pm (1.30pm ticket office check in is required)

Number: Maximum 6 participants per session
Duration: 15 minutes
Cost: $35.00 per person (does not include park entry fee)
This experience is for guests aged 6 years and over. Children aged 6 years to 15 years inclusive must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Please note, we have a heat policy for the welfare of our koalas. If the temperature is forecast to reach 32 degrees at Mt Barker, the experience will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full. After 3 consecutive hot days of 32 degrees or above at Mount Barker, our koalas will receive a rest day. In this instance the experience will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full.
